This policy covers the achradar.scalertechnologies.org marketing website only — the pages you're browsing now. It does not cover the ACHRadar product itself, which has its own data-handling terms provided directly to customers once onboarded.

This site does not run a contact form or analytics tracking. Information reaches us only when you choose to provide it: by emailing admin@scalertechnologies.org, calling +1 (516) 614-5884, or booking a call through the scheduling widget on this site.

The scheduling widget is provided by Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and the time you selected in order to confirm and manage that booking, under Cal.com's own privacy policy.

Anything you send us directly — an email, a phone call, or a booking — is used only to respond to you, prepare for a scheduled call, and follow up about ACHRadar. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.

This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The Cal.com booking widget may set cookies necessary for the scheduler to function when you open it.

We keep correspondence (emails, call notes) for as long as reasonably needed to support an ongoing or prospective business relationship, and delete it on request.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@scalertechnologies.org.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The version here always reflects our current practice.
